York Knights 2 - 44 Hull KR
Mikey Lewis and debutant Rhyse Martin each scored two tries as The Robins soared in the Round 3 of the 2025 Challenge Cup. Additionally, Tom Davies made a notable try-scoring debut. Despite demonstrating resilience, the York Knights ultimately proved to be no match for last year's runners-up in the Grand Final.
Sheffield Eagles 12 - 48 Wigan Warriors
Matt Peet exhibited no mercy towards the Eagles as he assembled a formidable starting line-up, allowing his team to advance smoothly into Round 4. Ominously Field and Man of the Match Bevan French were in exceptional form just a week ahead of the Super League. Perhaps the only surprise of the evening was the absence of last year's top try scorer, Liam Marshall, from the scoresheet.
Workington Town 0 - 60 Leigh Leopards
The try scoring debut appearances of Tesi Niu, David Armstrong, Bailey Hodgson, and Andy Badrock underscored the significant disparity between Super League and League 1. Additionally, Alec Tuitavake and Ethan O'Neill made their first appearances for the Leopards. Kudos to Workington Town for creating a memorable atmosphere before kick-off, particularly for younger supporters. The 2023 Challenge Cup winners are now set to advance to Round 4.

Great article, Wigan appeared a little scrappy but the conditions sounded awful. Credit to Keighran as well for getting all the kicks, some from out wide as well
Very well put together still think the scoreline flattered hull kr a little.york played well and matched us well in the first 20
